Conducted an in-depth inventory of existing content, with strategic recommendations to increase the department’s appeal to prospective students.
- Developed a strategy to highlight the department’s holistic educational approach, which set it apart from competitor programs.
- Analyzed tone, style, visuals, UX, copy, navigation, metrics, the CMS (Drupal 7) and department goals to identify site improvements that focused on clarity, consistency and digestibility.
- Implemented recommendations when asked to return for the second phase of the project.
